Constellation Collective wins national Davey Award for integrated marketing campaign

Constellation Collective has been honored with a Silver Davey Award in the Integrated Marketing Campaign – Marketing Effectiveness category for its work with Bellevue University’s Human Capital Lab.

The award recognizes the strategic and creative excellence of an integrated campaign that elevated the Human Capital Lab’s national presence as a trusted community for talent development professionals. Through a cohesive mix of digital advertising, email marketing, print, podcasting, social media and event engagement, the campaign positioned the lab as a go-to source for actionable insight, peer exchange and measurable business impact.

The Davey Awards, sanctioned and judged by the Academy of Interactive and Visual Arts (AIVA) in New York City, honor outstanding creative work from agencies worldwide. This year’s competition received thousands of entries from ad agencies, digital firms, production companies and in-house creative teams across the U.S. and beyond. Other winners in this category included campaigns for Berkshire Bank, the City of Oakland, California, the University of Wisconsin, the Peabody Essex Museum in Boston and the American Kennel Club.

“Our work with the Human Capital Lab exemplified what we love most about marketing—bringing together strategy, storytelling and smart execution to build something meaningful and measurable,” said Jason Keese, Constellation Collective’s chief content officer. “It’s very rewarding to see that collaboration recognized alongside such distinguished company.”

The campaign built on the lab’s established success, expanding its award-winning podcast—which surpassed 5,000 downloads and 3,200 unique listeners—and launching the Talent Development Community of Practice, a virtual forum that grew to more than 130 members within six months.

This is the second consecutive year Constellation Collective has earned national recognition from the Davey Awards, following last year’s honor for the Human Capital Lab Podcast.
