Why eSignatures matter
Have you noticed lately how many emails – from familiar and unfamiliar people – are devoid of email signatures? It’s off-putting when you get an unsolicited email with no contact/no logo. It’s perplexing when clients and vendors exclude theirs. There is inherent value to email signatures. They make a positive first impression and speak volumes about professionalism. They add legitimacy by showing a person’s company, title and contact details. Frankly, it gives weight to legitimacy of the person and their company. When people are serious about doing business with others, links to their email, website, company accolades, highlighted products, and calendar are live. Email signatures should always be part of a company’s brand assets because it may be the most pervasive way we deliver brand equity.
